With 25 years of automotive journalism and PR experience, Christian Tilbury is a former editor and deputy editor of several specialist motoring titles, and has assisted OEM press offices in the delivery of their PR activity. Christian oversees the requirements of a broad selection of loop clients, including manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
Mal Hay began his career as a journalist working on local and regional newspapers across the UK before moving into automotive PR at the turn of the millennium. Since then he has worked with many big name brands including Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Nissan, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, SEAT and Ssangyong. Mal has also worked with some of the UK’s biggest dealer groups and is well known in automotive retail circles.
A journalist of almost 35 years, Tim Bowdler is a former deputy editor of What Car? and Parkers.co.uk, and also a former editor of Motorsport News and Channel 4’s motoring website, 4Car. Tim is responsible for all the content that is produced by the loop editorial team
With over two decades of in-house and agency PR experience, Jackie is a former PR Manager at Saab, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. A skilled all-round communicator, with a particularly strong background in event management and media relations skills, Jackie manages events and special operations at Newspress and loop.
Head of Insight and Evaluation
Gaja has eight years’ experience in the automotive industry. Following her Masters in PR analysis, she began her career at the monitoring agency, PRIME Research (now Cision), managing clients such as Nissan GB, Porsche UK, JLR and Bentley. She then worked with the in-house comms team at Bentley Motors (and some time at Huntsman & Sons on Saville Row), always with a focus on determining what success looks like, monitoring the outcomes of PR activities and using the PR data to inform future PR tactics.
An experienced writer and marketing professional, Jack Constantine helped to develop the brand of a market-leading vehicle salvage and recycling business before joining loop. Jack is a skilled writer and helps to manage client accounts.
Heather previously worked as a Content Manager for sister company Newspress and is also the Media Coordinator for the charity WOMAC (Women On the Move Against Cancer). Heather is responsible for supporting the wider team by managing editorial calendars, researching and reporting on coverage and liaising with clients, journalists and media.
Alex Kefford is our Technical Writer, bringing with him more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry as a journalist and editor, among other roles. An earlier career in software engineering stands him in good stead for working with our more technical clients, as does an ability to craft a fascinating story out of even the most complex subjects. His background is peppered with stints as a rally driver and 4×4 instructor, as well as extended periods in event management and brand experience, most notably for the likes of Jeep and Abarth.
Richard directs a number of our key accounts and has previously provided editorial and consultancy support for Siemens and Jaguar Land Rover. He has worked on behalf of leading manufacturers including Bentley Motors and Harley-Davidson in the UK, Europe and also globally.
DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD
Zeeshan has 15 years of experience in digital marketing. His passion for marketing, technology, and digital culture motivates him to solve new problems in the automotive industry utilising a broad range of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, retargeting, display, and paid social).
Rosanna is relatively new to PR but has worked within the automotive industry for more than 6 years, first within sales and latterly aftersales. She is passionate about customer experience and this is reflected in her dealings with loop’s clients.
George has 25 years’ experience inside the automotive industry, having worked in engineering roles in Ford and Jaguar Land Rover. George also knows the ropes of automotive journalism, from working as a Senior Researcher at Which? Magazine’s Cars Team. George works with many and varied loop customers, from insurance providers to Tier 1 suppliers of hardware and software.
