Juliet Kellman appointed loop’s Head of Agency
Juliet (Jules) Kellman has been appointed Head of Agency for loop, strengthening its leadership with more than two decades of OEM communications experience, including 12 years leading PR at brand level within the UK automotive sector.
The appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strategic counsel, launch excellence and long-term client partnership.

Over the course of her career, Kellman has led communications across multiple automotive brands. Most notably, she headed the PR operation for SEAT UK for 12 years and played a central role in the UK launch and establishment of CUPRA, overseeing its UK communications strategy during its first five years, a period of rapid growth and transformation.
She brings extensive experience operating within complex matrix organisations, balancing European and global communications strategy with UK interpretation and execution.
Her industry background also includes high-profile VIP PR for Audi, further deepening her understanding of premium brand positioning, corporate reputation and executive communications. Earlier roles include Škoda, Mercedes-Benz and Chrysler Jeep.
In her new role, Kellman will lead the agency’s operations with a focus on senior client counsel, strategic clarity and delivery excellence across its automotive, mobility and emerging technology accounts. Her appointment comes at a time when OEMs are reassessing the role of agencies amid increasing organisational complexity, accelerated product cycles and heightened reputational scrutiny.
Commenting on her appointment, Kellman said: “I understand first-hand the pressures PR teams face, from stakeholder complexity to the need for absolute clarity, pace and trust from agency partners. loop has strong foundations and a talented team, and I’m looking forward to shaping an agency model that genuinely supports clients at board, brand and operational level.”
